Meet and greet in the morning after airport pick up, we will have a casual lunch at the hotel. It’s a good opportunity to meet the fellow athletes, and make sure that all your gear is ready, with the help of our support crew.
We will start the camp with a 1.5 hour bike ride to loosen up the legs, on beautiful country roads through the vineyards, with amazing views of the lake and mountains. Upon return to the hotel, we put our running shoes on right away and go for a one hour jog for our first brick session, running in the forest in a calm and relaxed atmosphere. We then head into the gym studio for a 90-minute strength & conditioning workout with plenty of stretching to build resistance for the upcoming days.
After a well-deserved free time, we will have dinner at the hotel, and experience a beautiful gourmet menu prepared by one of the top chefs in the region.
