SWIM

All swimming sets will be done in open water. With crystal clear waters and views of the mountains, swimming in Lake Geneva is a pure pleasure.

BIKE

Cycling through the vineyards in the La Cote region near Geneva offers breathtaking views of Mont Blanc, whilst crossing picturesque small villages, on traffic-light roads.

RUN

The runs will be done mostly on trails in beautiful forests or footpaths by the lake, at a relaxed rhythm in order to enjoy the beautiful sceneries.

A long weekend with Jura Sports offers a unique triathlon experience. Swimming in Lake Geneva, cycling through picturesque villages with amazing mountain views, and running on beautiful trails, we train in breathtaking locations. We focus on the well-being of our triathletes, in a relaxed and professional environment, enjoying the finest Swiss food, wine and culture. The Jura experience provides a premium service not found elsewhere and will target personal development in both fitness and health.

Our camp is a great opportunity to take the time to train, recover, and become stronger. We propose strength and conditioning sessions aimed specifically for triathletes, and also nutrition advice in order to enhance your performance but more importantly your general health.

Our aim is to make our athletes stronger and full of energy, experiencing Switzerland in a unique way.

DAY 1: WARM UP & SCENERY

Meet and greet in the morning after airport pick up, we will have a casual lunch at the hotel. It’s a good opportunity to meet the fellow athletes, and make sure that all your gear is ready, with the help of our support crew.

We will start the camp with a 1.5 hour bike ride to loosen up the legs, on beautiful country roads through the vineyards, with amazing views of the lake and mountains. Upon return to the hotel, we put our running shoes on right away and go for a one hour jog for our first brick session, running in the forest in a calm and relaxed atmosphere. We then head into the gym studio for a 90-minute strength & conditioning workout with plenty of stretching to build resistance for the upcoming days.

After a well-deserved free time, we will have dinner at the hotel, and experience a beautiful gourmet menu prepared by one of the top chefs in the region.

DAY 2: TRAINING & MOTIVATION

Start the day with a bang with an optional 1 hour jog in the forest. Following breakfast at the hotel, we will go for an open-water swim in Lake Geneva. Depending on the abilities, we will spend time in the water from 30 minutes to 60 minutes.

We then hit the road on our bikes for around 4 hours, with lunch on the go, in a beautiful and scenic little restaurant to enjoy the local delicacies. This bike ride will be our queen stage, and you will truly experience the amazing Swiss countryside and mountains. Once back at the hotel, we head again straight into the studio for a one-hour conditioning session with plenty of stretching.

There will be extended free time in order to recover and relax, and get a massage from one of the best masseurs in Geneva. Fine dining will conclude the evening, in a gourmet restaurant that will be preparing a special menu for you.

DAY 3: TRIATHLON

The best way to finish a triathlon weekend is with……a triathlon!

This is not a competition, but we will put to the test all the elements we worked on the last couple of days. Starting with a 1 hour swim in Lake Geneva, we will head straight into the mountains for a challenging and epic climb of La Barillette, the highest peak in the Jura mountains, standing at 1500 meters above sea level.

We finish our camp with a 30-minute run in the forest, and our triathlon is complete!

Lunch will be provided at the hotel right after the run, and it will be a good time to share your amazing experience with your fellow athletes.
