What is it?
The Night Run Founex is a monthly free evening group run in Founex. The goal is to promote running, to meet fellow runners, discover new routes and have a good time! Creating together the Founex running community.
How long is it?
Running distances are 5km and 10km or more for those who want to carry on with various exercices and challenges! All abilities welcome but please ensure to have some running in your legs to avoid injuries.
How can I participate?
To join you must contact Thierry by email or phone and register at least one day before the event. For all communications there is a WhatsApp and Facebook group.
