I am passionate about sports. I believe sport to be one of the best vectors for a healthy lifestyle, making friends and building communities. Sport can be tough and fun; we can have personal goals and yet be part of a team; sport is rewarding, mentally and physically.

Our endurance sports coaching is tailored to the individual’s unique requirements. Combined with nutrition, strength, mobility and mental toughness, Thierry’s coaching is implemented in a targeted and personal approach, based on sports science. You are unique and so is your program.

We all have busy and hectic lifestyles. How to combine work, family and sport? We do what we can, when we can, to obtain great results by training smarter, not harder: quality over quantity.

ONE-TO-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

We believe in tailored solutions based on science and on the athlete’s needs. We listen to you. We follow science. We provide tailor-made training solutions.

Our 1-1 include strength and conditioning, running, cycling or swimming near Jura Sports base in Founex, Switzerland.

From science to performance: we offer assessment sessions such as cycling and running motion analysis, cycling and running physiological tests to determine your optimal training zones, as well as lactate measurements to leave no stones unturned.

It was important that initially the programme was not too aggressive or time demanding given my new family commitments and break from running.
